How can you implement these practices in your personal life to foster “mental fitness”? Provide specific examples.
The two practices that I found to be most beneficial for me are the meditation and loving kindness exercises. I can implement these into my daily routine by allocating 10-15 minutes in the morning for meditation prior to waking up my children or husband to begin the day. I can also take a few minutes every night prior to lying down for the night to do one of these exercises to help me relax and prepare for a restful nights sleep. I believe if I can become consistant with implementing at least one of these practices into my daily routine in the morning and at night before bed, I will see significant changes in myself. I can't wait to see the new me after a few weeks of doing these.
